I'm from Houston, and while visiting Austin, I started looking into which pizza places were considered the best in the city. This spot kept showing up on several recommendation lists, so I had to give it a try it absolutely lived up to the hype. They specialize in Roman style pizza, with the pizzas already prepared and reheated to order. They offer a great variety of flavors, and the crust is incredibly crispy while still being light, just as a great Roman pizza should be. The flavor combinations are outstanding, and the slices shown in my photos were my personal favorites. Beyond the food, the service was excellent, and everything was served very quickly, making it a fantastic option if you're looking for a high-quality meal without a long wait. The restaurant itself is fairly small, but it's cozy and has a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend this place. It's no surprise they're already opening a second location—it shows they're doing something right. If you're visiting Austin and love pizza, this is definitely a place you shouldn't miss.

We tried a bunch of different slices to-go (mortadella, sausage and honey, NY style Margherita, Diablo, carne, Quattro funghi, stuffed meat, and garlic knots) and they were all extremely delicious!! Standouts were the Mortadella, Quattro funghi (rich creamy savory goodness), sausage and honey, and the stuffed meat slice. The garlic knots and the Roman style crust were pillowy, airy, and crisp, while the NY style and stuffed meat crust were more dense and chewy, both excellent. All of the slices had a great crust to topping ratio and you can tell how much thought and care they put into the topping combinations. All the flavors worked so well together and I can’t wait to go back and try more!

The restaurant was small but nice. An indoor plus outdoor eating area and everything clean. The customer service was excellent. The workers were patient and friendly to explain the offerings. They have a small gelato section. The taste was great and it was nice to enjoy a different style of pizza.

I recently picked up an order from Baldinucci Pizza Romana, and it honestly blew me away. This was easily one of the best pizzas and calzones I’ve ever had in my life. The ingredients tasted incredibly fresh, and you can really tell they focus on quality. The crust was perfectly done, and everything was packed with flavor without feeling heavy. The pickup experience was smooth, and the staff was friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. If you’re craving authentic, high-quality pizza, this place is a must-try. Highly recommend!

At the insistence of my best friend, we stopped into Baldinucci for a few slices and gelato. He promised me some of the best pizza I'd ever have and he was absolutely right! I got a margherita NY slice and a lasagna Romana slice. Both were OUT OF THIS WORLD delicious! I also got a small pistachio gelato and it was beyond incredible! I cannot recommend this place enough!
